Email Marketing – There are 2 types of Email Marketing, Passive and Active.

  • Passive – Did you know that 70% of all internet users in the US have made purchases online as a result of receiving opt-in email marketing advertisements?  We can create a program where your customers and prospects volunteer to receive periodic information from you.  We can do this by offering information such as a white paper or other information resources.  We can use news search tools to create a newsletter that will keep your firm in your customer’s mind even when they are not ready to purchase.  We can put offers on your web site to entice the prospect to sign up for your newsletter.  Passive marketing involves getting the customer to volunteer to receive regular communications from you.  They are looking for information and or offers.  You are looking to develop a relationship.  It has been well documented that it is significantly more difficult and expensive to capture a new customer than maintain an existing one.  As long as you can continue to provide information of value periodically, the customer will maintain a relationship.  Even if the customer deletes your regular newsletter for a number of issues, if they are in the market for your product or services it will give you an edge.  Email does not have the cost of production much less postage expense of mail campaigns.  And we can convert your web site to include a shopping cart function so you can sell your product or services or set appointments online.
